Key job responsibilities include:
• Will be responsible for completion of assigned tasks within SLA
• Will be responsible for performing tasks with the expected level of accuracy
• Will be responsible for quality audits and monitoring activities as assigned by your manager
• Will be responsible for training new team - members
• Will be required to participate in discussions related to process improvements
Key job requirements include:
• Bachelor's degree holder
• Preferably experienced in AR domain for a minimum of 2 years, with exposure to account reconciliations, collections and disputes resolutions
• Proficiency in MS- Excel and transaction processing
• Knowledge of basics in Accounting and Finance
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Must have good verbal, and written communication skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines
