Position: Portuguese Helpdesk Support

Responsibilities
• Provide appropriate resolution to technical issues/concerns
• Handle, manage and resolve queries via phone and email
• Handle first level of technical support
• Troubleshoot system and network problems
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (both verbal and written
• With minimum of 2 years in college
• Must be computer literate
• 1-2 years’ service desk experience is an advantage
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Taguig
• Can start ASAP
