KMC Solutions is a local company with Western Management practices providing staff leasing services for foreign and local companies which require dedicated offshore staff and virtual teams. Additionally, KMCS offers seat leasing and serviced office solutions for companies setting up operations in Metro-Manila.

KMC operates serviced office facilities in both - Picadilly Star Building in Bonifacio Global City and Rufino Pacific Tower on Ayala Avenue, Makati City. The facilities also act as private offices serving BPO clients and tenants whom lease individual rooms and seats for their virtual dedicated teams while KMC manages the technology and facility. Additionally KMC is often hired to supply staff for our foreign clients located outside the Philippines.



Job Description:
Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide our customers with an elite level of technical expertise on the Microsoft .NET platform.

Internal Relationships
The role provides expertise to Human Resources for Mentoring, and to provide Technical support during the hiring process through technical evaluation of candidates. The role also supports the Sales team (Account Managers and State Managers in Pre-sales activities)

External Relationships
Microsoft, Readify Customers and the Developer Community.
Pre-requisite Knowledge and Experience
Technical Skill around the Microsoft .NET Platform, Developer/Programmer - Minimum 3 years.

Key Tasks
Demonstrate technical excellence and a clear understanding of Readify solutions and standards, including
Applying best practices to development & engineering standards
Proficient in all pillars of the .Net development and infrastructure environment
Being expert in your nominated fields of technical specialisation
Undertake supplementary training where directed by Readify
Demonstrate professional excellence when
Translating business requirements into technical specifications
Attending and contributing to client briefings
Coding, Testing, and Documenting software developed and or infrastructure implemented
Delivering and installing the software
Apply a pragmatic approach to development and engineering undertakings

Professional Development
Actively participate in the company’s Professional Development program.
Nominate and agree areas of interest and value to Discover and Master as part of your PD Program.
Contribute to the general knowledge of the organisation by actively seeking valuable information (via blogs and other mechanisms) and then sharing them with the group by documenting discoveries to the company knowledge base and or presenting to other Technical staff.
Approach all Professional Development assignments and opportunities as if our collective futures depend on it, because they do. Time spent on Professional Development must be as productive and measurable as any other assignment.
Undertake measurable assessments that validate the learning outcomes achieved. This may include exams and certification.

Communication
Communicate frequently and efficiently with the Customer, Principal Consultant, and or Sales Executives on all customer assignments, detailing technical achievements, deliverables, issues, etc.
Establish trust relationships within all accounts. Not only should this augment additional value for our customer, but also create cross promotion opportunities for the placement of additional and or complementary Readify Consultants, which you should refer to Readify sales staff.
