Role - Developer
Required Technical Skill Set - Progress, WEBSPEED, UNIX
Desired Experience Range - 3-9 years
Responsibilities:
Understanding of Programming Techniques and logic development
Analysis, design and development of applications using Progress
Interact with business customers for basic new requirements and issue analysis.
Perform root cause analysis on issues in a large production environment.
Good knowledge of PROGRESS 4 GL Verion 10.x
Write unit and system test plans/specifications and perform testing. Code review to ensure conformance to quality standards and specifications.
Knowledge of WebSpeed and its Architecture
Knowledge of PROGRESS Administration Tools
Working knowledge in OS such as Windows, AIX platforms, and Unix/Linux – Shell script (preferred)
Should have work experience on product development and support projects.
Must be good in verbal and written communication.
