- If coming from Guadalupe, Makati, simply take a jeepney with "FTI Tenement" or "Water Fun" signboards then tell the driver that your destination to alight is "BCDA Diego Silang" (Landmark: Perton Gasoline Station). 2-3 mins walking distance only from C5 to Condo Unit.
- If coming from service road of SLEX, again simply take a jeepney with "Guadalupe" or "market Market" signboards then just follow the direction as mentioned;
- If you will use your own vehicle or ride a taxi, just traverse the C5 hway along Taguig City.

Note:
1) The condo is near church, schools, police stations, airport, Market Market, SM Aura, Mc Kinley, Puregold, Starmall Taguig (Soon to open)
2) Pls bring photocoy of valid ID and 1 pic upon contract signing;
3) The term of lease is for 6 months from the date of moving in to the date of moving out, inclusive. Upon its expiration, the lease may be renewed under such terms and conditions;
4) 1 month deposit and 1 month advance only;
5) The lessee shall pay for its consumed electric, water and TV cable;
