•Accesses client accounts by recording account information
•Provides team effort by accomplishing needed tasks
•Allures clients by answering product and service questions; suggests information about other products/services
•Resolves client complains by clarifying service/product problems; analyzing the root cause of the problem, giving the best solution to solve the problem

•Must be at least HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE
•Must be at least 18 years old
•Must be computer literate
•Average to Above Average Communication Skills
•Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
•Amenable to work on shifting schedules
•With or Without Experience
• Amenable to work in Taguig
