Position: Cantonese Helpdesk Support Team Lead

Requirements:
•Open for Filipino and other Nationalities who can speak Cantonese
•Can speak, read and write Cantonese
•Good English Communication Skills
•Customer service background is a big advantage
•With 2-3 years’ Experience as a Team Leader

Responsibilities:
•Responsible in coaching agents on execution of operations and process
•Monitoring progress through to resolution and respond to requestor
•Providing support and handle escalations
•Perform other related tasks as a team leader
•Responsible for suggesting methods to improve service to customers
•Ensure customer service calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner
