Position: Mandarin HR Admin
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Industry: Multinational Consulting IT Company
Salary: P 80,000– P 90,000 (It depends on the profile)
Schedule: Dayshift

Requirements:
•Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
•Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any field
•Preferably with work experience in BPO industry
•Human Resource related experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
•Answer calls/ email/chat and help employees concern
•Responsible for navigating Employee’s profile
•Produce the HR letter / documentations for Client’s employees
•Cooperate with Client’s HR team members on more complex HR queries
•Escalate the Workday work items to the appropriate party, if required
